Introduction:

Clients will be able to choose from a range of specialist procurement training, advice and guidance, workshops, event and business support offered by expert’s advisers and including expert speakers, case studies, demonstration and role models.

Desired Outcomes:

This programme is designed to build the capacity of local firms and to help level the playing field ensuring smaller firms are equipped to engage more effectively in future procurement opportunities with both public sector and private sector firms. Through a combination of support this project will improve the competitiveness of local firms by simplifying the procurement process reducing the barriers they face when competing for contracts with larger city firms.

Develop key contracts with buyers and procurement experts and suppliers.

Improving competitiveness through skills development.
