How does it work?
1. Complete an Online Triage Form
Before your first session, you'll complete a short online form (5–7 minutes). This helps us understand where your business is digitally and what you most want to work on, so we can hit the ground running in your first session rather than spending time on basics.
2. Initial Digital Audit — £150
Your adviser will review your triage responses before the session, then spend one hour with you covering your priority areas. They will look at how your business is currently operating across: ​

Within five working days, your adviser will send you a written Digital Action Plan with three to five prioritised recommendations — a clear, practical roadmap rather than an overwhelming list of everything you could do.
3. Follow-up support sessions — £50 per session
Once you have your Digital Action Plan, you can book follow-up sessions to keep the momentum going. Each 30-minute session is focused on a single agreed topic — checking progress, tackling a specific challenge, or reviewing something you've been working on.​​​
Clients who book follow-ups regularly — every four to six weeks — make the most consistent progress. Come prepared with a specific question or update and you'll get the most out of the session.
4. Webinars and tutorials — included
All clients have access to our full library of recorded webinars and tutorials. These are designed to complement your one-to-one sessions and are best used between appointments to build knowledge and momentum. Topics include:
